Please note, as a user of this site, one acknowledges and agrees to following terms and conditions.

Payments

​

Telemed Consultation Fees:  Refundable with exception

​

Refundable until the Doctor visit has occurred. After the visit they are non-refundable.

​

​

Membership Fee:  Non refundable

​

Any deviation of this policy is only at the sole convenience of, and determination by, Rx Buyers Club USA (RXB)

​

Also, membership is not a contractual obligation for RXB. Membership may be revoked by RXB at anytime without cause and without refund.

​

Transactions:

​

It is the member's (patient's) responsibility to insure the accuracy their orders.

​

Created order forms are sent to members prior to their execution via email.

​

It is the patients’ responsibility to check the accuracy of the following information

​

    1) The accuracy of the address being shipped to

    2) The accuracy of the prescribed formula

​

RXB makes every effort is made to insure accuracy of orders, however it is ultimately

the patients’ responsibility to insure accurate data is being used.

​

RXB makes every efforts to accommodate changes made after submission to either pharmacy or telemed.

​

Inaccurate orders that have been transacted, may be refunded only at the discretion of Rx Buyers Club USA.

Be advised: Decisions are final and as a paid member of  Rx Buyers Club USA you are agreeing that you have no rights to recompense.

Communications

​

Member acknowledges the express need for timely communication to conduct business transactions.

This includes the members acceptance of, and use of, email and texting by Rx Buyers Club USA for 

business purposes. Member is responsible for maintaining their own email and texting accounts.
